Okay, forwarding the patch upstream.  I think the failure to resume from STD is
related to video not ATA.  Cc'ing Rafael for advice.

Rafael, these Toshiba laptops has two problems.

1. Suspend to ram takes long (at least several tens of seconds) and burns cpus
during it.  Other than that, STR works.

2. The machine can't wake up from STD.  Seems to be related to video setting
and splash screen during resume.

#1 is solved by the patch
skip-pci-disable-and-suspend-on-tecra-m5-and-satellite-U205-take5.
