There is no indication that EIST is supported
by this BIOS:

    Scope (\_PR)

        Processor (\_PR.CPU2, 0x02, 0x00000000, 0x00) {}
        Processor (\_PR.CPU3, 0x03, 0x00000000, 0x00) {}
    }

Take a look in the BIOS Setup and see if there are some options
to enable EIST or Processor Power Management.
