After some time I noticed this problem few times. I think that it appear when I use wireless network (eth0 is down and cable unplugged) then I suspend. When I resume and I connect ethernet. System don't see eth0 device. I don't see anything special in dmesg, just there is no eth0. Lspci see Ethernet controller. Suspending and resuming with ethernet cable plugged don't help. I have to restart the computer.
