avivo driver with Xorg server 1.3, DPMS enabled.
Problem Description:
LCD is corrupt after reopening laptop lid. No mouse pointer, but
Ctl-Atl-Backspace still works to restart the X server. Can still ssh into the
laptop other Ethernet.
Steps to reproduce:
Close lid, wait one minute, reopen lid.
