patch vs 2.6.23-rc2 to create thermal.disable=1 bootparam
This patch creates the boot parameter thermal.disable=1,
which is the boot-time equivalent of building with
CONFIG_ACPI_THERMAL=n.
As ACPI thermal control on the AOpen board in this report
is worthless, this parameter is invoked automatically
via DMI for that board.
