I have added CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_DEBUG (as well as ACPI debug) options to kernel
2.6.23 and rebooted with added line cpufreq.debug=7...

Btw, there are still wrongly reported CPU speed while it is 3.2 and I may prove
it works faster... (For sure, I have rebooted in the stock mode with the same
results)
