Solved by changing BIOS settings as following:
PCI? (don't remember exactly) -> Plug and Play OS: [Yes]
Power -> Suspend Mode [S1 (POS) only]
      -> ACPI 2.0 Support [No]
      -> ACPI APIC support [Enabled]
