move 00:09[A] interrupt from LNKA to LNKB
The manual workaround is to use "pci=routeirq" or to load a driver for the
"creatix v.90 ham data fax modem".
It would be much better to fix Linux to detect and work around the problem
automatically. This patch is a first try. If somebody can test it and verify
that it works, we can argue about whether this is a reasonable approach.
