I haven't tried to use the vendor's driver yet, as I haven't had much time
lately...
Anyway, I unloaded the current driver from the kernel (using modprobe -r sky2)
and nothing changed: the computer does not poweroff as it should. Blacklisting
the module (adding it to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist) does nothing either.
I might try to compile the vendor's module next week or so.
