Problem Description:
There is a duplicate video device in Toshiba Satellite A100-847 laptop:

This probably causes the problem that every Fn-F6 or Fn-F7 keypress the
brightness is changed by two values, as monitored by omnibook [1]. Now the
behaviour is even more broken, most probably due to bug #9277. Every keypress
gives two ACPI events:
