   Will you please try the latest kernel(2.6.24-rc8) and do the following test
? It is noted that the acpi debug function should be enabled in kernel
configuration.
   a. use the command of "lsof /proc/acpi/event" to get the PID who is using
/proc/acpi/event. Kill -9 PID
   b. cat /proc/interrupts > interrupts_before and dmesg > dmesg_before
   c. echo 0x04 > /sys/module/acpi/parameters/debug_layer and echo 0x08000010 >
/sys/module/acpi/parameters/debug_level
   d. cat /proc/acpi/event > acpi_event
   e. close LID and reopen it. Then cat /proc/interrupts > interrupts_after and
dmesg > dmesg_after

   After the test , will you please attach the above test?
