Problem Description:
acpi-cpufreq doesn't load on this hardware, other people successfully load it
on Q6600 processors to control the throttling.
I try on both 2.6.23.14 and 2.6.24 kernels.
Steps to reproduce:
# modprobe acpi-cpufreq
