Zhao Yakui reported on linux-acpi that another bug #10124 and associated patch
should fix this. I grabbed the patch mentioned:
http://kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.25-rc8/2.6.25-rc8-mm2/broken-out/acpi-unneccessary-to-scan-the-pci-bus-already-scanned.patch
and confirmed it does solve this issue too.
