And the above two objects will send notification event(0x80) to LID device.

Will you please confirm whether the windows enter the standby mode immediately
after closing the lid?

IMO the windows doesn't care the initiail state of the LID. Only when the LID
is closed will windows receive the LID event and enter the standby mode. And
when the LID is reopened, the windows will be waked from the sleeping state.
