Thanks for the test.
According to the description the system can be shutdown correctl if the
Marvell ethernet is disabled in BIOS. Whether the driver is loaded has no
effect. The problem is related with the Marvell ethernet driver or the
hardware. And the problem is not caused by ACPI.
So the bug will be reassigned to the Driver category.
