ok there are the dmsg form the patch kerlen 2.6.26.2
the output of lspci (just in case)and 
the /proc/cpuinfo (just in case too).
I want to make clear that i'm running Debian Etch 4.0 rev.3 and that
i use the Gnome desktop.
Here is something interesting: in my previous comment i said that if i unplug
the Ac power i get a low energy warning(comment 113, point 2), well if the
battery is 100% charged nothing happends, anyway i still think thats a little
weird.
About that suspention to ram, here is the complet message i get:
" Suspend to ram is not supported on your machine. If
you know that it should work , you might override this
detection with setting SUSPEND2RAM_FORCED=yes in
/etc/powersave/sleep. See http://en.opensuse.org/S2ram
for more information. Thanks! "
