well, I have no idea about what these mean.
These words are used by the Marketing people, not the technical ones, I think.
From what I can see,
1. it's true that P-state is supported on this system.
2. it's also true that only 2 P-states are supported. only hardware knows if
this is right or not (it should be, IMO). Linux/ACPI just gets this info from
BIOS, uses it and exports it to user space, that's all.

So I don't think we have a bug on this system. :). what do you think?
