Will you please attach the output of acpidump, lspci -vxxx?
From the .config file in comment #2 it seems that the kernel is compiled for
uniprocessor.
Will you please enable the "CONFIG_SMP, CONFIG_X86_LOCAL_APIC,
CONFIG_X86_IO_APIC" in kernel configuration and see whether the problem still
exists?
