If i'm not wrong, I have shutdown issue for about a year and more. I gues problem appeared after upgrade to Feisty.
About 1/3 of the time power down does work, 2/3 it doesn't. I didn't tried "rmmod snd_hda_intel", becouse this module is not loaded at all.
