tested on a 2.6.29.1 kernel, test failed. After I unplug a power cable, my
battery state changed to discharging at 99% capacity (normal), then changed to
100% capacity with charging state (no power cable), then changed to "no apadter
present".
Now my battery state changed every 10 second to charging/missing/discharging
550us is rock-stable for me.

And - a 1000us value from vanilla kernel is not stable too
