>From the dmesg it seems that TSC is thrown out only after the CPU enters the
deeper C-state(for example: C2/C3). Maybe it should be throw out before OS
expectes to enter the high deeper C-state.
On the previous kernel the ACPI PM timer is used to record the time interval
that CPU stays in C-state. I don't think it will stall deeper C-state.
