I have read this bug entry just now and waiting to pull the mentioned reverts
here  from linus-2.6 (still nothing reverted till 2009-11...@00:57)

I am testing since a few weeks 2.6.32 the suspend/resume w and w/o kms/agp and
I have not seen it before 16.11.2009.
