There are several methods which might work -- we could put 'if' statements into
each driver ac/battery to reject procfs/sysfs calls during suspend/resume. We
might do it in EC. Or we could disable (as in make it unlockable) global lock.
Safest route would be first, most effective -- last. -EAGAIN seems to be
appropriate value.
