Indeed I managed to reproduce it by closing the lid in 2.6.32.4.
Finally it doesn't seem to be a regression, even if 2.6.33-rc2 and -rc1 didn't
trigger it (don't know why I don't get it).

I remove the regression flag and adjust the kernel version on which it occurs
to 2.6.32.4 (it may also occurs before that version, but I havent tested
previous kernels).
