ACPI dump of Thinkpad T42
The USB ports in the Thinkpad Dock or Dock II are only recognised if the laptop
is booted whilst docked (you can undock and re-dock and they're still
recognised), or if the kernel is booted with acpi_os_name="Microsoft Windows"
(which breaks the first dock/undock attempt).
Platform: IBM Thinkpad T42.
