hardware: laptop HP 8540w (i7 620M, 8GB ram, BIOS F.06)

I found this problem on OpenSuse 11.3 M5 and M6 with kernels 2.6.34 RC3 and
2.6.34 RC5 but it persists even with original 2.6.34 RC6 from kernel.org. (We
discussed it on OSS bugzilla -
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=601270)

On OSS 11.3 M3 with older kernel 2.6.33.3 problem didn't occure.

I found that after dissabling USB port in BIOS kacpid stops to consume CPU.
Laptop has USB3 ports, so maybe problem is there...
