Please boot kernel 2.6.35-0.31.rc4.git4.fc13.x86_64 and then run below command,
dmesg |grep -i acpi |grep -i core

This bug seems a duplicate of
http://www.acpica.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=762
It should be already fixed by below commit in 2.6.33-rc1 with ACPICA version
20091112.
