PM / ACPI: Blacklist systems known to require acpi_sleep=nonvs

This patch blacklists some systems known to require acpi_sleep=nonvs to resume
correctly, so that it's not necessary to add acpi_sleep=nonvs on them to the
kernel command line.

I added the dmidecode information for the everex stepnote sa2053t and fujitsu
XI 3650 to it.

Please test it and let me know if it works for you.
