Yeah. The value looks abnormal. 

I think the main problems is caused by 'present voltage'.

            Name (PKG0, Package (0x04)
            {
                0x02,
                0xFFFFFFFF,
                0xFFFFFFFF,
                0xFFFFFFFF
            })
            Method (_BST, 0, NotSerialized)
The present voltage is returned as 0xFFFFFFFF.
