when using pm-hybernate or from shutdown-menu then all wents fine but on point
of poweroff the PC reboots. Resume works without problems.
Same with latest 3.3 git-sources.
works correctly with kernel 3.1.9
I didn't change much in config so I think this is a bug in ACPI.
