hm.......
Per lsmod, I aware you only have one kernel module loaded, did you build-in
everything to kernel?

And, the i915 initialled fail on your machine:

[drm:i915_init] *ERROR* drm/i915 can't work without intel_agp module!

Could you please check why intel_agp lost on your machine?
