Hello, any news on this?
I still get the same problem using fedora 17 and kernel 3.4.6-2.fc17.x86_64.
Or any more testing can I provide?

Using bbswitch 0.4.2 and bumblebee 3.0, at boot the discrete adapter is
correctly disabled
