No idea. If it's all behind ACPI there's simply nothing I can do or help with.
As far as I can see the code in the DSDT corresponds to a regular ACPI fan,
however the backing value F1ST is purely software so it's not going to do
anything. Whatever Windows uses to regulate the fan on this laptop is probably
something else.

If not already done, I would look for BIOS options and a BIOS update, and if
that doesn't help bring it up to the vendor's support.
