there is no ACPI fan control in this laptops.
so my suggestion would be
1. close the bug
2. check BIOS options and see if there is something related, e.g. "Fan always
on when AC".
3. if no, upgrade your BIOS.

maybe there are some platform hacks to enable the fan control, but that is out
of my scope. Sorry that I can not help you on this.
