dmesg of linux-3.8.8

I have this problem with Gigabyte N601.

$ cat /proc/acpi/button/lib/LID0/state
state:      closed
$ cat /sys/firmware/acpi/interrupts/gpe10
     0 invalid

This result is always equals to "closed" and "invalid". Not depends on real lid
state and AC
power.

Ubuntu 11.04 (2.6.38-9-generic), Ubuntu 12.04 (3.2.38-generic,
3.5.0-26-generic, and latest stable kernel 3.8.8)
