Only the maximum and minimum available frequencies are recognized by the
acpi-cpufreq driver for the AMD FX-8350 on an Asus Sabertooth 990FX/GEN3 2.0
motherboard.

/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies

Windows is able to find intermediate pstates on this setup, though.
