Bug ID: 72641 Summary: NO BATTERY ICON DISPLAYED-POWER MANAGEMENT ISSUE Product: ACPI Version: 2.5 Kernel Version: 3.13.6 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Tree: Mainline Status: NEW Severity: high Priority: P1 Component: Power-Battery Assignee: acpi_power-batt...@kernel-bugs.osdl.org Reporter: jacobdchristopherso...@gmail.com Regression: No I really would like this fixed. I know it is a problem with almost all the Toshiba Satellite Laptops. I tried enabling the battery icon in settings but it does not work. Any distro I try seems to have the problem I am experiencing. Currently I am using Arch Linux and still a no go. I go on multiple forums with people having the same problems as me and only old ways to fix it. No current ways to fix it on the newer kernels. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching the assignee of the bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn Graph Databases - Download FREE O'Reilly Book "Graph Databases" is the definitive new guide to graph databases and their applications.
