Does the function key work OK before the dim happened?

This is interesting. I don't know that bl_power has such effects, from the GPU
driver code, it doesn't seem to do anything for bl_power change. Does the
interface work well normally? i.e. if you echo a value in the range of
0-max_brightness to brightness file, does it work well?
