ACPI dump for Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2 and Gigabyte 990FX UD3

I'm using the acpi-cpufreq driver on AMD FX processors (8320 and 6100) on two
separate motherboards and they're exhibiting the same problem. Attached is the
ACPI dump for both the Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2 and Gigabyte 990FX-UD3.

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
3500000 1400000

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
