            Bug ID: 95871
           Summary: Kernel Panic; Boots fine when ACPI:OFF
           Product: ACPI
           Version: 2.5
    Kernel Version: 2.6.32
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: BIOS
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
        Regression: No

Kernel: I am not sure
RHEL 6.5;

    I suspect this as BIOS issue but not clear which part of code is causing
this issue. Few key points are "ACPI :off" no issue. "Less cpu" no issue. I
greatly appreciate to any input to approach this issue.
