One possible approach is to make the whole event handling process serialized.

So that all QUERY_HANDSHAKE quirk can be removed and in the meanwhile the
Samsung paltform can still be supported (on which, there is a need to send
query whatever the EVT is flagged).

If you are willing to test, I can try this implementation and post it here.
But you need to wait a while. I'll do that after finishing my current tasks.

Maybe this is a good thing to do to stop the proliferation of the
QUERY_HANDSHAKE quirks.
