Power button handling for Dell Venue 11 Pro (7140)

Currently the power button is not handled within linux. Although it is detected
as ACPI power button it does not react on pressing it.

Based on the patch for the Surface Pro 3
(https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84651) i've modified it for the
DV11P and it works fine for suspend. After waking the device up, it boots
through the firmware/bios which is under investiagion at the moment. This seems
to be another problem, unrelated to this patch.
