After boot, does gpe0D gets enabled? Check its status by:
$ cat /sys/firmware/acpi/interrupts/gpe0D

There are multiple devices make use of GPE 0D to wake system up:
EHC1, EHC2, XHC and HDEF. They have _PRW defined that uses GPE 0D, but that GPE
should only be enabled when we are going to enter system sleep state I think.
