Hardware: ASUS G75VW Laptop. Latest Bios flashed. Purchased second hand early
october 2015. Buttons did worked in windows 10 before I made this hardware a
pure linux box.
It's impossible to up or down screen brightness on my ASUS laptop (G75VW). The
WIFI Toggle switch also do not generate any events. Running the tool xev, F2,
F5, F6 keys generate keys. But the corresponding FN + (F2 or F5 or F6) do not
generate those key events.
Expected behaviour:
FN + F2 => should generate ACPI WIFI TOGGLE EVENT
FN + F5 / FN + F6 => should generate Brightness up / down, or at least change
that.
I am running Gentoo linux, unstable ~amd64. Newest ~ gentoo souces:
