the warning message tells you that you're using acpi_osi=Linux via cmdline,
which we should not use any more.
So,
1. if you're not sure why you use this option in the first place, and there is
no obvious difference after you removing that kernel option, please remove it
and close this bug report.
2. if there are some new issues after removing the kernel option, please
provide detailed information about the new problems, and file a new bug report
like "XXX is broken after moving acpi_osi=Linux boot option".
3. if you want to fix the "asus laptop needs over 10 minutes to start" issue,
and the issue is not gone after you removing the boot option, please file a new
bug report like "system needs over 10 minutes to start - Asus laptop mode
name", and attach the full dmesg output after boot with boot option
"initcall_debug".

But anyway, this bug report should be closed as it is meaningless.
Please feel free to file a new bug report following the suggestions above.
