Hello,
Since some time, I have the problem that my PC restarts sometimes instead of
shutting down. Since I reinstalled everything and enabled UEFI, this happens
now always.
This happens just if I enable "PCI Devices Power On" in the BIOS. But I need
this to have wake on lan enabled.
When I shut down the PC, it switches all power off, but then it immediately
starts again as if the power button would be pressed.
I have the following symptoms:
-When I shut down the PC from Linux, it reboots always.
-When I shut down the PC from grub using halt, it shuts down but wake on lan
does not work any more.
-When I shut down the PC when grub using the power button, it shuts down and
wake on lan works.
My main board is:

My network card is a BCM57781 using the tg3 driver.
I installed Debian Jessie
I tested already the following things because I read about in different forums:
-Disable USB3 (xHCI) -> Does not help
-Disable everything in /proc/acpi/wakeup -> Does not help
-Enable also Mouse and Keyboard power on

Shutdown works again, but then it is not anymore possible to boot, neither
using the power button or wol. In this case, i have to pull the power plug and
wait some seconds until reconnect. Then I can switch on the PC again.
It seams to be a bug in the bios, acpi or the network card. Is there a way to
see why the PC started? So it would be possible to identify the source of the
problem.
