So it is really a Linux bug or the Windows drivers have a work around for a Bios bug. However, using Windows (Except for Office/Games) is not an option! ;-) For me, I found some kind of work around. When I boot my PC from remote, I use pm-suspend instead of poweroff. So it is not running all day. When I really want to shut down the PC, I have to push the power button shortly after it started again when it is still in Bios or Grub. But this is somehow annoying.
