Looking at the WDAT table again it seems to use RTC NVRAM to store state of the
watchdog so that's the reason it is using ports 0x70/0x71. I think we need to
somehow allow both RTC and WDAT to access the same I/O space, perhaps using
muxed regions or something like that. In the meantime you can disable
CONFIG_WDAT_WDT from your .config in order to access RTC.
