            Bug ID: 200161
Summary: bisected: acpica update breaks kernel acpidump tool
           Product: ACPI
           Version: 2.5
    Kernel Version: 4.18-rc1
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: ACPICA-Core
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
        Regression: No

in 4.18-rc1, acpidump seems broken, in the acpidump output, every table address
is 0x00000000, I have bisected it to this commit

57b758ca4eaf83054e6966e4d9c8851588dfb9f0 is the first bad commit
commit 57b758ca4eaf83054e6966e4d9c8851588dfb9f0
Author: Bob Moore <[email protected]>
Date: Tue May 8 14:06:17 2018 -0700

ACPICA: acpidump/acpixtract: Support for tables larger than 1MB

acpidump: Expand the table offset field to 32 bits.
acpixtract: Add support to handle the expanded field.

    Backwards compatibility is maintained.
