Linux 4.18-rc3+ messages

Using Linux 4.18-rc3+ there is a non-displayable character in the Linux
messages before the ACPI error line.

Running `dmesg` in the Xfce4 Terminal it looks like this:

```
[    0.312082]
               3ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Could not resolve
[\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.HEC.ECAV], AE_NOT_FOUND (20180531/psargs-330)
```

Piping it to `less` it looks like this:

```
[    0.312082]
               ^A3ACPI BIOS Error (bug): Could not resolve
[\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.HEC.ECAV], AE_NOT_FOUND (20180531/psargs-330)
```

Please find the text file attached. Here is an excerpt from `xxd`.
